Days 5 & 6 (Sept. 23rd and 24th)
It is another rainy/overcast day here in Germany. Yesterday, Monday, was overcast and rainy but we still managed to do a nice adventure. We did the 'Breisach-Neeuf-Brisach' trip in France. It was this cool museum and tour of a historical site. Brady loves history, so we did a lot of cool historical tours.

Before our adventure we got currywurst- one of Brady's favorites when he attended college in Freiburg. It's delicious in my opinion!

Fall weather in France :)

We toured the little town there in France. The store said my name, Rachel. :)

We then went into the museum and that was super cool!

We of course had to sign the guest book!

After the museum we went into Breisach and looked around at the cool sites.

We took a little tour into the church at the top of the hill.

We finished the night eating Italian food in Freiburg and walking back to our place to relax and watch tv shows. I love this place.

Day 6: September 24, 2024
It's almost 7 pm and we had a great day exploring and shopping. Brady found some lederhosen and I got some things as well. We also ate at McDonald's mid-shopping! It was quite delicious. This morning we did a walk and got breakfast.

It was raining during shopping so we decided to just try McDonald's and doge the rain.
Here's some scenes from shopping:

I got the McCrispy and waffle fries & Brady just got a McDouble and fries. I think my choice was pretty good!!:) I was just curious to try McDonald's in another country. :)
Since we had a long day of shopping we got small dinners from the grocery store, REWE, next door.

The salad even had potatoes at the bottom. I also religuously drank OJ so I didn't catch a cold after being around SO many germs.

Our grocery haul :) Brady loved putting salami on bread with butter. His staple. Those chips and pretzels were out of this world, too. I wish I could have brought them in my suitcase home, but the air pressure would have popped them all, haha.

Those candy bars tasted like Snickers! MMM! I definitely brought some of these home.

Princess Diaries was on tv (in German of course!)

Our beautiful sunset outside our balcony.
