Night Life in Freiburg

Saturday September 28, 2024:

Today is SATURDAY! We slept in this morning, it’s very overcast and it appears to be rainy most of the morning. We have a fun plan to attend a SC Freiburg Soccer Game later this afternoon, I’m looking forward to it!!! 

Yesterday we had a nice day. We went shopping, got currywurst for lunch, and then explored the city’s night life and got a nice German meal for dinner. It was so fun! 

We had a fun time shopping around the city and the mall. I got some Birkenstocks, a trench coat, a dress, and a nice shirt.  Gotta love Euro clothes!

Some fun things in the mall and cool shops and lots of people biking!

We got a quick curry wurst lunch and it was delish! Can’t beat it. It was Brady’s favorite to eat when he lived here. They also do mayo and ketchup for fries here which I love.

This is the restaurant we ate at last night (in the daylight) and we saw a patch of sun on our balcony. :)

We got some dessert also, a chocolate dumpling.

We got dressed up for a nice dinner. We enjoyed all the excitement on the streets. There was some live music that I got to dance to. The food was pretty good. I got Baden beef and German potatoes. Brady got the pork schnitzel. We really had a great night! Until next time!
